7 Layer Dip

 

7 Layer Dip                            16 servings

A delicious seasoned dip filled with our favorite fiesta flavors!  Only takes 15 minutes.


Ingredients

·         1 ¼ cups salsa

·         16 ounces refried beans canned

·         2 tablespoons milk

·         8 ounces cream cheese softened

·         ½ cup sour cream

·         2 tablespoons taco seasoning

·         1 cup guacamole prepared

·         1 ½ cups cheddar cheese

·         ½ cup black olives or tomatoes

·         4 sliced green onions

 

 


Instructions

--Place salsa in a sieve to drain any liquid. (This keeps your dip from getting runny.)

 

--Combine refried beans and milk (or you can use the liquid from the salsa if you prefer) until smooth. Spread this into the bottom of a 9x13” pan.

 

--Combine cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning with a mixer on medium. Spread over refried beans.

 

--Spoon guacamole over cream cheese and gently spread. Repeat with drained salsa.

 

--Top with cheese, olives/tomatoes and green onions.

 

--Chill 1 hour before serving. ENJOY with tortilla chips or crackers.

Campbell’s Tuna Noodle Casserole

A classic North American dish! 8 servings printer-friendly recipe Ingredients 2 (10.75 ounce) cans Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (regular or 25% Lower Sodium) 1 cup milk (fresh or canned) 2 cups frozen peas 2 (10 ounce) cans tuna, drained 4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles 2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs 1 tablespoon butter, melted Directions Step 1 Stir soup, milk, peas, tuna and noodles in 3-quart casserole. Step 2 Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes or until hot. Stir. Step 3 Mix bread crumbs with butter in bowl and sprinkle over tuna mixture. Lemonade

 Lemonade 8 servings  This is a favourite summer drink!   It’s very cheap to make, and it’s especially good if you use freshly squeezed lemon juice. Ingredients: 1 cup sugar 6 cups water 1 cup lemon juice- freshly squeezed or bottled Method: Put sugar and water into pot.  Heat and dissolve the sugar.  You’ve just made a simple syrup!  Let it cool. Combine syrup with lemon juice.  Chill. Enjoy over ice cubes in a glass! Notes:  ⦁ you can substitute lime juice (or mix lemon and lime juice) ⦁ feel free to add less sugar ⦁ garnish with citrus slices
