Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogourt
1 English cucumber
1 garlic clove, grated
½ lemon, juice and zest
¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Peel, seed and grate the cucumber. Using a kitchen towel, squeeze out excess water.
In medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Mix well.
Enjoy immediately or store in fridge for five days.
