Herring sale - December 2020

Dear Friends of Fishermen Helping Kids with Cancer:

The 10th anniversary of the herring sale is set for Saturday, December 5, 2020 from 8am to 4pm.

To keep everyone safe from COVID-19, this year’s herring sale is an online drive-thru herring sale.  Buy tickets online, drive to our site and we'll load the herring into your trunk.  It will be way faster than previous years, but we will miss the Sea Billys Band.

Buy your herring online right now at this link: 2020 Herring

Thanks to you, the herring sale has raised more than $650,000 and improved the life of every kid being treated for cancer at BC Children’s Hospital.  Even better, the success of our program at BC Children’s led the Shaw Family Foundation in Calgary to donate $110,000 to replicate our program at Alberta Children’s Hospital.  These two programs are unique among all the children’s hospitals in Canada and the U.S..  This is all because people like you show up to buy a few bags of herring, and thanks to the BC fishing industry 100% of your purchase price goes to help kids with cancer.

If we are temporarily sold out, please check back soon for new tickets - we want to make sure that everyone with a ticket gets their herring.

Check our Facebook page or our website for the latest information.

Thank you for helping kids with cancer,

The Crew on the Dock
